Keep it simple, to begin with.
Follow the guidelines we laid out last week in “Good Diet? What is that Exactly?” for essential nutrient needs, then take a closer look at your life.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Do you exercise?
- Do you have all the energy you want to have?
- Are you noticing age related symptoms?
- Are you having bothersome gender related symptoms?
Then, one by one, come up with a plan to address the issues.
It may be that your body needs additional support in some areas temporarily while it needs permanent support in other areas.
- During stressful times, adding extra B vitamins with an herbal relaxation blend may help.
- When ill, consider immune support supplements.
- If you have a special diet, such as vegan or gluten free, consider your special needs.
